LSRF RECOGNITION PROGRAMS
Sustaining Member Recognition $50 - Individual members can establish sustaining member status beginning with a fifty dollar donation. Cumulative donations of higher amounts gain higher levels of recognition and associated pin attachments. This recognition piece can be seen by clicking here.
Special Recognition $125– Special recognition for speakers or as memorial recognition can be obtained at a cost of $125. This black marble piece is embellished with the colorful Foundation emblem, and personalized message. This recognition piece can be seen by clicking here.
Life Membership $250 – Outstanding Lions and individuals selected for special recognition may be nominated for Life Membership in the Foundation by a Lions Club or the Foundation Board of Directors. A handsome lapel pin and a unique wall plaque crafted from acrylic materials and decorated with the colorful Foundation emblem and a personalized plaque are awarded to each Life Member.

Miracle Circle Membership $500– For service and achievement that deserves special recognition, membership in the exclusive Miracle Circle of the Foundation may be awarded to individual Lions. A Club or individual Lion may submit a nomination to the Board. Upon approval and with payment of $500, the recipient will receive a handsome walnut plaque with an engraved plate and the Foundation coat-of-arms. The distinctive lapel pin given to the new Miracle Circle Member will signal this unique honor to others.

Lytle Blankenship Fellow $1000 (restricted to deposit to the Permanent Trust Fund) – In the tradition of the Melvin Jones and Jack Wiech Fellowship Programs, the Foundation has established the “Lytle Blankenship Fellowship” in honor of one of our primary founding Lion leaders. PDG Lytle Blankkenship, PhD, personified the title “Knight of the Blind” through his foresight and dedication to establishing the Lions Sight Research Foundation. This recognition celebrates Lion Blankenship’s ”heart of service” and marks the recipient as one worthy of equal distinction. A lapel pin is also presented

Low Vision Fellowship $1000– Created to provide a Recognition item directly associated with the Lions Low Vision Center of Texas. The plaque is identical to the Sight Research Fellowship but utilizes the unique LLVC logo in lieu of the LSRF logo. Each plaque has a specific number and each recipient receives a distinctive LLVC lapel pin.
